1 Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date and meet our eligibility criteria outlined below.

  • Services must be cancelled within 30 days of purchase
  • Digital content must not have been accessed or downloaded
  • Physical materials must be returned in original condition
  • Consultation services must be cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment
  • Group programs allow refunds only before the second session

2 Refund Process

Our refund process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Once you submit a refund request, we'll review your case and respond within 3-5 business days. Here's how the process works:

Processing Times

Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. However, depending on your payment method and bank, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3 Payment Methods & Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts for security reasons. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer after verification

4 Non-Refundable Items

Certain services and products are non-refundable due to their nature. These include completed consultations, downloaded digital materials, and customized financial reports. We clearly mark non-refundable items at the time of purchase.

Important: All refund requests must include your order number, contact information, and detailed reason for the refund. Incomplete requests may delay processing time.

5 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for services that have been partially used or accessed. This applies to multi-session programs, subscription services, or bundled packages where some components have been delivered.

6 Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you can appeal within 14 days of receiving our response. We'll review your case again and provide a final decision within 5 business days. For unresolved disputes, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authorities in South Africa.
